Key Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)Perform simple and complex pole transfers (Make Ready)Place strand, including guys, bonds, and groundsJig fiber/coaxLash and overlash fiber/coax over existing boxes, wires, and linesIdentify and install correct fiber storage loopsPerform traffic control and maintain safe work zonesReconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate usageDocument and validate as-builts for new builds and plant modificationsComplete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety complianceRead and understand schematics and construction printsWork assigned shifts, including overtime as neededPerform all physical tasks required for the duration of the assigned shiftRequirements & QualificationsPole climbing experience required (preferred/plus)Ability to work in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditionsAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamPhysical ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout the workdayStrong communication skills when interacting with coworkers, homeowners, and customersReliable, responsible, and dependable attendanceValid driver's license required; CDL is a plusAbility to pass drug screening and background checkMust be authorized to work in the United StatesBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Profit Sharing
