Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Parenting Time Supervisor and Coach, based in Loveland, CO, with some opportunities for remote work. The role includes supervising parent-child interactions to ensure safety and adherence to agreements, providing guidance and coaching to improve parenting skills, documenting visit observations, and communicating effectively with all parties involved. Additionally, the role may involve working collaboratively with legal and social services professionals to best support families in reaching their goals. Qualifications Experience in supervising family interactions and ensuring adherence to safety protocolsSkills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting parents to develop effective parenting strategiesStrong communication skills for documenting observations, preparing reports, and effectively interacting with stakeholdersAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environmentRelevant educational background such as a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fieldFamiliarity with family law, custody arrangements, or child welfare services is preferredEmpathy, patience, and a commitment to fostering healthy family relationshipsProficiency with technology for maintaining accurate records and remote correspondence
