Equipment Operator I (Mule Train) - First Shift
Spectrum Comm Inc., is looking for candidates to support the Fleet Readiness Center, East at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC. Our Ideal candidate will move aircraft parts, components, calibrated tooling, non-aeronautical parts, supplies, and materials among the facilities, shops, and stations. Our employees shall be required to perform these services continuously during normal work hours. Safety, accuracy, and timeliness of pick-ups and deliveries of aircraft parts, components, and materials are essential factors in meeting established production schedules. Common equipment used in this role are:Forklifts, electric and dieselDiesel Mid Tractor Tow vehiclesElectric CartsTrailers (covered/uncovered)Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the equipment assigned and perform pre/post operation safety and functional checks.This position may be required to work occasional weekend shifts.
