Lead ISSO

E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead ISSO to support the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Information System Security Officer program. The Lead ISSO will serve as the single point of accountability for technical execution, managing day-to-day ISSO support activities across DFC's enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on cybersecurity expertise and the ability to interface with federal leadership, including the ISSM, CISO, AO/AODR, and System Owners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and direct Contractor ISSO activities across supported systemsOversee development, review, and submission of authorization package artifacts in CSAMChair internal quality reviews of ISSO deliverablesManage risk and issue registers and escalate to Government leadership as appropriateParticipate in DFC governance forums (ERB, CCB, Cybersecurity Steering Committee)Provide RMF, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, POA&M, and audit supportMaintain hands-on expertise across ISSO functionsRequired QualificationsBS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field10+ years progressive cybersecurity experience5+ years serving as ISSO, ISSM, or equivalent cybersecurity leadership role supporting federal agenciesCISSP, CISM, CGRC, or equivalent certification preferredU.S. Citizenship requiredTier 4 High-Risk Public Trust is requiredE-Logic Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
