Our dedicated team is committed to maintaining excellent facilities and service, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all visitors.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for an Experienced Line Cook at Bryce Resort, located in Basye, VA. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. The Line Cook will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food is prepared to specifications, assist with inventory, and support team members during peak service hours.QualificationsProficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knowledge of recipes and ingredientsUnderstanding of food safety and sanitation regulationsStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume service periodsTeam collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staffAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailPrevious experience in a professional kitchen or similar culinary settingFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysFormal culinary training or certification is a plusPay$18-$20 per hour based on experience
