Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Worker *Location:* Baltimore *Pay:* $18.00 per hour *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM *Job Type:* Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking *Warehouse Worker* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, loading, unloading, and preparing materials for shipment. Responsibilities * Load and unload materials and products * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment * Maintain an organized and clean warehouse * Move materials throughout the warehouse safely * Assist with inventory counts and keeping accurate records * Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines * Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed * Assist team members with other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications * Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required * Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods * Reliable and dependable * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * Must be willing to follow safety procedures and company policies #INDC Pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
