Solutions Architect, ISV Developer AI
Job ID: 10461915 | Amazon Web Services, Inc. Overview AWS Global Sales drives adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide, enabling customers of all sizes to innovate and expand in the cloud. Our team empowers every customer to grow by providing tailored service, unmatched technology, and unwavering support. This customer‐first approach is how we built the world's most adopted cloud. Join us and help us grow. Key Responsibilities Partner with ISV account teams to formulate and execute technical strategies that drive AWS adoption and platform modernization. Drive adoption of Amazon Bedrock as the unified endpoint for frontier foundation models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Meta Llama, Amazon Nova) — helping ISVs consolidate fragmented AI vendor relationships into a secure, cost‐optimized access layer. Advise ISVs on migrating from direct model provider agreements to Bedrock, articulating the value of unified governance, cross‐model flexibility, guardrails, and EDP drawdown. Enable ISVs to embed GenAI capabilities into their products using Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and model customization. Design and validate architectures for ISV SaaS workloads — including multi‐tenancy, tenant isolation, and modern application patterns (containers, serverless, microservices, event‐driven). Build executive‐level technical relationships with ISV CTOs and VPs of Engineering. Drive product feedback loops (PFRs) by translating ISV pain points into feature requests for AWS service teams. A Day in the Life Our customers are mid‐to‐large independent software vendors. As a Senior Account Manager on this team, you own a portfolio of 3–4 ISV accounts, working alongside dedicated Account Managers, Partner Solution Managers, and Specialist sellers to drive technical strategy, Bedrock/GenAI adoption, and AWS Marketplace growth across your territory. About the Team Diverse experiences are valued at AWS. We encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet all preferred qualifications, as we recognize the value of alternative career paths. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience. 4+ years of experience in one or more technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). Preferred Qualifications Experience working within software development or Internet‐related industries. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective. Benefits Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits. Your compensation package will include sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) in addition to base salary.
