Sr Actuarial Associate, E&S/S Programs (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Actuarial Associate E&s/s Programs (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $118,000 – $222,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead program profitability reviews and make recommendations Manage core pricing assumptions and methodologies for designated programs Develop and maintain pricing and monitoring tools using BDX and internal data Collaborate as a strategic partner with underwriting and finance teams Conduct complex analyses and develop actionable recommendationsQualifications ACAS credential required Experience in MGA/MGU space preferred, reinsurance a plus Proven ability to work independently and tackle complex insurance and actuarial problems Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical skills Strong collaboration abilities across teamsBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance and short/long-term disability Minimum of 18 days paid time off plus nine holidays 401(k) with company match and pension plan Business casual work environmentOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
