Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Aquisition Coordinator is responsible for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, by supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of recruiting and administrative functions. This position's duties include but are not limited to providing full cycle recruiting support, assisting with the on-boarding process, HRIS (ADP) management and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition Department. The person in this role must be able to provide a high degree of professionalism, organization, and customer service.(Please no staffing companies, we use our own internal recruiting team)We will stop accepting applications at the end of the business day, Monday April 20th. Besides employee discounts on the Puget Sound's favorite taco, we offer the following competitive benefits:Pay Range $29.30-$33.00 an hourHybrid Position requires 3-4 days in the officePay Day every FridayMedical & Dental Benefits401k Retirement PlansPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTaco Time Cares - Employee Hardship ProgramEmployee Discount for employees and immediate familyUsing the Taco Time NW App, employees can purchase up to $40.00 worth of Taco Time, 3 times per week (during non-prime time hours)Essential Functions and Key Position AccountabilitiesCreate and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers during the talent fulfillment process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experienceAssist with scheduling orientation days with hiring manager and process electronic on-boarding paperwork for all new hiresFollow up/track regularly with all new hires actively going through the onboarding process to ensure they have the resources need they need to timely complete their on-boarding paperwork ensuring they are prepared for their first day of workTroubleshoot issues and provide virtual assistance to new hires completing on-boarding paperwork when neededProcess employment offers for non-management/restaurant positionsAssist the Talent Acquisition team with posting and closing of requisitionsPerform routine administrative transactions and manage candidate records through our HRIS System (ADP).Assist with I-9 administration, compliance and auditingCollect and review parent authorization formsInitiate background check process and monitor reports to ensure timely onboarding of candidatesAssist with reviewing resumes/applications.Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, technical schools, colleges, military and diversity hiring sourcesAssist with coordinating and scheduling job fairs, as well as attending job fairsProvide excellent customer service and response times based on established goals and expectationsRespond to emails and phone calls from potential candidatesAssist with processing Education and Daycare reimbursement as neededDemonstrate team building and interpersonal skills by maintaining positive, collaborative, and constructive interpersonal relationships. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by ManagerMinimum QualificationsEDUCATIONThis position prefers an Associate's degree in business administration, human resources management, or related subjects; direct, recent, domestic and substantive human resources and/or recruiting experience in lieu of education is acceptable.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONN/AEXPERIENCEThis position requires a minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a restaurant or service industry environment.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESCommunicationRequires ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.Ability to follow appropriate communication channels.Ability to protect confidential informationTeam Building/Interpersonal SkillsDemonstrates competency by maintaining positive, collaborative, and constructive interpersonal relationships.
