MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Documentation of client notes Auditing records Scheduling intakes Triaging client REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Must be available Wednesdays from 4-8 Knowledge of Microsoft office JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Maintain accurate statistical information required by the agency. Attend supervision meetings with assigned clinical consultant within the agency. Participate in community education as requested. Maintain accurate records for client fees. Conduct audits of client files Attend scheduled staff meetings and required in-service training. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork within the agency. Know and act in accordance with the Stillwater Domestic Violence Service, Inc., Policies & Procedures Manual in job related areas. Promote a positive and professional image of Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services. Complete additional tasks deemed appropriate for this position by the Executive Director. HOURS 15-20 hours Must be available Wednesdays 4-8:00 PM
