Job Description:Job SummaryProvides frontline customer service support in a branch setting by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, managing communications, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Supports daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering professional and empathetic service.
