Retail Associate (Front Store)

Overview We are a privately owned retail pharmacy in Luck, WI, dedicated to providing personalized care and exceptional service to our patients. In addition to serving our local community, we provide prescription fulfillment and delivery services, allowing us to support patients beyond our immediate area. Position Summary The Part-Time Retail Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the front end of the store. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and assisting with other general store operations. This position does not involve pharmacy technician duties or prescription processing. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions Assist customers by answering questions, locating products, etc. Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing merchandise Check product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, cleaning, dusting, and organizing work areas Support other front-store operations as needed Preferred Experience Prior customer service or retail experience Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience Experience stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, or grocery retail setting is a plus, but not required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer and cash handling skills and point-of-sale (POS) system experience preferred Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods Schedule Part-time Flexible schedule What We Offer Friendly, supportive work environment Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to make a positive impact in a community-focused pharmacy Why Join Our Team?
