Oracle PL/SQL Developer - Legacy Systems & SupportAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support, maintain, and enhance legacy enterprise applications built on Oracle technologies. The role focuses on developing Oracle Forms and PL/SQL solutions, troubleshooting production issues, improving existing functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment.Location: Remote - LATAMSchedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern TimeEnglish Level: B2+Responsibilities▪️ Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and PL/SQL solutions based on business requirements.▪️ Work with legacy enterprise databases and applications while following established coding standards.▪️ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects independently.▪️ Identify gaps in requirements and collaborate with team members to clarify and address them.▪️ Review existing code to understand system functionality and implement enhancements.▪️ Apply feedback received during code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.▪️ Perform thorough testing before deployment to production environments.▪️ Provide accurate estimations for development tasks and project activities.▪️ Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.▪️ Participate in Agile software development processes.Required Qualifications▪️ Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.▪️ 3+ years of software development experience in Unix and Windows environments.▪️ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and PL/SQL.▪️ 3+ years of experience working with Oracle databases.▪️ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.▪️ Experience working with legacy enterprise systems.▪️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Nice to Have▪️ Experience with Oracle APEX.▪️ Experience in the hotel, timeshare, or rental industry.▪️ Experience supporting modernization or migration of legacy systems.Technical StackOracle Forms, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Unix, Windows, Legacy Enterprise Systems, Agile SDLC.
