Manager, Software Engineering

The Manager, Software Engineering Solution Owner, is accountable for end-to-end ownership of one or more Sonexus solutions, ensuring predictable delivery, operational stability, financial stewardship, and strong alignment with business and product partners. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for solution outcomes, reducing fragmented ownership, minimizing escalation-driven delivery, improving consistency of execution, and ensuring build-to-run transitions and run stability are explicitly owned and measurable.This role leads cross-functional delivery teams responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining solutions on a customized Salesforce platform and hybrid technology stack. Ownership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end outcomes for assigned solutions across intake, build, implementation, transition to run, and ongoing supportServe as the single accountable owner for solution delivery, stability, and outcomes, eliminating fragmented ownership across teamsTranslate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteriaEnsure predictable delivery through disciplined planning, estimation, execution, and follow-throughEstablish and enforce solution-level decision rights, reducing day-to-day escalation by driving decisions with clear options, tradeoffs, and recommended pathsPlanning, Financial & Capacity ManagementDevelop and manage delivery plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned follow-throughQualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred8+ years of experience in software delivery, product implementation, or technology leadership roles preferredExperience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, BA, PM)Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise application environmentsDemonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery executionDemonstrated ability to manage delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiativesExperience operating in regulated environments (healthcare or adjacent industries preferred)Demonstrated use of structured delivery artifacts (e.g., WBS, LOE-based estimates, schedules, RAID logs, change control)Experience supporting patient access, patient support services, or healthcare technology solutionsFamiliarity with prior authorization, benefit verification, patient journeys, or similar workflowsExperience partnering with
