Job Title: PowerShell Developer (Intune & Endpoint Management)Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)Duration: Contract 2 Hire with clientRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled PowerShell Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management. This is a hands-on technical role focused on scripting, automation, device provisioning, and application packaging within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building PowerShell scripts from scratch and managing Windows endpoints at scale.Key Responsibilities:Technical / Development (Primary Focus):Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts from scratch for automation and endpoint management tasksDesign and implement solutions using Microsoft Intune for device configuration, compliance, and policy enforcementWork extensively with Windows Autopilot for provisioning and deployment of devicesCreate and manage PPKG (Provisioning Packages) for device setup and configurationDevelop and customize PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit) scripts for application deploymentPerform application packaging (Win32 apps, MSI, EXE) for Intune deploymentAutomate software installations, updates, and system configurationsEndpoint Management:Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments (Windows 10/11)Implement and maintain endpoint security, compliance, and configuration policiesTroubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, and application installation issues in IntuneMonitor and optimize endpoint performance and complianceRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting (advanced level)Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)Hands-on experience with Windows AutopilotExpertise in writing PowerShell scripts from scratch (not just modifying existing scripts)Experience with application packaging and deploymentStrong knowledge of:PPKG (Provisioning Packages)PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit)Experience managing Windows endpoints (Windows 10/11) in enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Azure AD / Entra IDKnowledge of MDM/MAM conceptsFamiliarity with SCCM / MECM (co-management scenarios)Experience with security policies and compliance frameworksBasic knowledge of CI/CD or automation pipelines
