We’re looking for an individual to work on our suite of PC and mobile apps. What Pyramid makes isn’t just an ordinary windows application or website, they are power conduits through which our unattended payment peripherals run, Bill acceptors and Thermal printers, reach a whole new level! The right candidate will be able to contribute efficient, reusable code to our projects that improve the user experience. Here at Pyramid, we embrace innovation and believe some of the best solutions are found by experimenting.Maybe you have a passion for robots or you’re great at Python, but also tinker with Arduino and raspberry pi? Maybe you are interested in serial protocols that make LEDs blink and motors turn. This is the position for you. The suite of tools you’ll develop will serve as pivotal contact points for the Pyramid family of embedded devices, bill acceptors and thermal printers, to communicate with the outside world of engineers and customers. While having opportunities to develop and grow within our organization.Responsibilities IncludeModification, Feature Adds, Bug Fixes on Apps in the following languagesC# .NET Framework and dotnet coreNew projects using dotnet core 3.0Python 2.7 and 3.4+Common SQL dialectsCovering tasks such as:MVC WPF applicationsNative interoperation from C# languageBasic understanding of USB (endpoints, interrupts, etc.)Data Visualization using matplotlib or similar frameworksCollecting feedback from internal stakeholders and making modificationsContribute to best practices through documentation and unit testingDetail oriented and meticulous documentationExperience with web and mobile application development a plusKotlin and Swift knowledge double-plusKey Skills And ExperienceSolid Computer Science fundamentals to make a significant contribution to our teamBe an expert debugger in at least two programming languagesBasic GIT knowledgeA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent programAuthorized to work in the United StatesThe RewardsPositive work environment that encourages growth and offers a great work/life balance Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm on locationPyramid’s corporate office is located at 1907 South Hobson, Mesa, Arizona 85204Pay Range: DOESit/Stand Desk10 Paid holidaysSick Time and 40 hours of paid time off after six months of employment A comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision, and 401(k) matching after a probationary period Fan of wearing shorts to work?
