About the Role: The Fleet Administrative Assistant I plays a key role in supporting our fleet team's coordination and distribution of work. Our culture is built on shared values and mutual respect, where teamwork and collaboration occur naturally.Throughout our rich history, we have partnered with utilities, municipalities, commercial clients, and developers to deliver some of the largest and most complex projects, including new construction, upgrades, maintenance and repair for transmission, distribution and substation facilities, commercial and industrial electrical construction, emergency and storm restoration, clean energy, pre-construction services, and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) methods of project delivery.Essential Functions Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely mannerHandle various accounting and data entry tasks such as:Completing journal entries and reconciliationsResearching invoices and reviewing statementsVendor setupsCredit ApplicationsResearch refunds for codingReview employee timesheets weekly and ensure accuracyCross-train and act as backup for fuel card administration processHandle various tasks to assist in new vehicle recordkeepingAssign asset numbers to new company vehicles and enter vehicle information into tracking system including preventative maintenance, location, VIN#, make and modelProcess new vehicle title work and registration renewalsOperate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, laminator, phones and computersManage phone calls and correspondenceRegular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assignedEssential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designed officeUnderstand and comply with the Company's Coide of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standardsAbout You: Qualifications Minimum 1 year of general administrative or technical/clerical experience is requiredHigh school diploma or GED is requiredPrincipal Skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to follow established proceduresWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word and ExcelExcellent organizational skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent attention to detailWhat We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Salary $21-25/hr Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
