Our mission is to provide hands-on training, personalized support, and real opportunities for growth in skilled trades.⸻Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and personable Student Relationship Specialist to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. This role is focused on student engagement and support after enrollment, ensuring students stay connected, prepared, and excited from the moment they register through their first day of class.This is not a recruiting or sales role—instead, you will play a key part in building relationships and maintaining consistent engagement with enrolled students.⸻Key Responsibilities • Maintain consistent engagement with students from enrollment through class start • Serve as the main point of contact for enrolled students, providing support and guidance • Ensure students are prepared for their first day (documents, schedules, expectations, etc.) • Build strong relationships to keep students motivated and committed • Coordinate check-ins and touchpoints to reduce no-shows and increase retention • Work with students to help them understand and select the financial package that best fits their needs • Provide general guidance on financial aid options (training available if needed) • Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth transition into classes • Track student progress and engagement in internal systems • Assist with onboarding activities, orientations, and student readiness initiatives⸻Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in admissions, student services, or financial aid is preferred but not required • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Passion for helping students succeed and stay on track⸻What We Offer • Supportive, family-oriented work environment • Opportunity to make a direct impact on student success and retention • Hands-on experience in education and student services • Growth opportunities within the organization⸻Schedule • Part-time, on-site position • Flexible scheduling (details to be discussed during interview)⸻How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about student success and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
