Washington Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel Attorney (Remote or Hybrid). Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and private equity transactions Represent publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters Engage in part-time or full-time legal work, either remotely or in a hybrid setting Required Qualifications 5+ years of corporate experience Prior experience in a corporate practice group of a large law firm or respected boutique In-house counsel experience is highly preferred Licensed to practice law with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school Outstanding professional references
