Printing Press Operator

We are currently seeking several skilled Printing Press Operators to become part of our Appleton, WI facility immediately. Professional Requirements: At least two years of hands-on experience working with Offset Printing Presses. Comprehensive knowledge regarding the electronic, mechanical, chemical, and physical elements involved in printing operations. Demonstrated ability to interpret job tickets and oversee production materials to ensure project success. Exceptional color vision and a keen attention to detail to help maintain high graphic standards for our clients. Prior experience in the operation and maintenance of offset printing equipment is considered an asset. Compensation and Perks: Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000. Core Responsibilities: Manage the setup and operation of offset presses to ensure that all output meets our high standards for color precision and consistency. Help maintain efficient production workflows by interpreting job tickets, preparing necessary components, and resolving mechanical issues as they arise. Collaborate effectively with the production staff, providing leadership when necessary and maintaining flexibility to cover both first and second shift requirements. Support the longevity of our machinery by performing routine preventative maintenance, conducting thorough quality checks, and documenting production metrics.
