Architect/Civil Engineer Project Manager for Statewide Transit Project
MAP Strategies, LLC (MAPS) is seeking a candidate with a civil/structural engineering, architecture, or construction management background to join our team in the Strategic Planning department. This position requires the background and skills to understand and organize civil, infrastructure, and building projects through complex compliance processes within the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, and other jurisdictions as needed across the United States. This position will require the applicant to co-locate with the client in their office to facilitate team collaboration in Chicago, while maintaining ongoing communication and coordination with the MAPS office team.A successful applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment and is interested in learning all aspects of entitlement and compliance on commercial real estate, architecture, and infrastructure projects.
