Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will work directly with clients to plan, book, and coordinate travel arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, managing schedules, researching travel options, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a passion for travel, the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and attention to detail in order to craft customized travel experiences aligned with clients’ unique needs. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to provide excellent client interaction and supportExceptional Communication skills to effectively convey travel plans, address client inquiries, and negotiate with travel vendorsExperience in planning and managing Travel Arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activitiesProficiency in the Travel Agency field and familiarity with booking systems and travel platformsStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client travel itineraries simultaneouslyAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and problem-solvePassion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations
