This role is located in New York, NYIn this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Cover Institutional Investors for both primary and secondary bondsManage institutional client relationshipsDeveloping new and existing relationshipsResponsible for achieving sales targets and managing an independent book of businessLead in delivery of data-driven recommendations to both clients and the businessLiaise and leverage internal resources as needed to maximize client deliveryPrepares business overviews for assigned groups to include but not limited to pipeline, trending, and year over year analysisProvides baseline revenue generation reporting and verify information with the associated businessesTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:10+ years' experience in Fixed Income Investment Grade SalesStrong relationships within the financial industryWell versed in Fixed Income markets and US EconomyDeep understanding of client liquidity needsStrong knowledge of investment grade sectorsFamiliarity with Fixed Income Trading platforms; Market Access, TradeWeb, Bloomberg, and Trumid amongst othersStrong communication and presentation skillsTrack record of providing stellar client experience and engagementEntrepreneurial drive to help win new business and grow existing relationshipsAt BNY, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $228,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
