The ideal candidate will have strong Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.This assignment requires flexibility to float between units as needed and proficiency with EPIC charting systems. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patientsMonitor, assess, and document patient conditions accuratelyInterpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry changesAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomesMaintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMRFloat to other units based on facility needsFollow all hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standardsRequirementsActive RN LicenseMinimum 2+ years of recent RN experience in MS/TELERecent EPIC experience within the last 12 months (required)ACLS CertificationBLS CertificationNIH Stroke CertificationGraduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE accredited)Schedule & Assignment DetailsNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AMFloat RequiredBlock schedules considered on a case-by-case basisMaximum 7 days RTO allowedNo RTO permitted during the first two weeks of assignmentSolid black scrubs requiredAbout Encode INCAt Encode, we empower organizations and individuals through innovative, human-centric workforce and technology solutions.
