Dietary Services - Dietitian - Travel

We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy and patient education in an outpatient clinical setting. The Dietitian will assess patient nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and provide counseling and education to support improved health outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for outpatient populationsDevelop and implement individualized nutrition care plansProvide medical nutrition therapy for various health conditionsEducate patients and families on dietary management, lifestyle changes, and disease preventionDeliver nutrition education in patient care, classroom, or community settingsMonitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fieldRegistered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the American Dietetic AssociationActive Ohio Dietitian LicenseMinimum 1 year of experience as a Dietitian
