Build trust with Activities Directors and facility staff by checking in before and after every session and communicating any resident concerns promptly. Represent the viaGUAVA brand with professionalism, warmth, and consistency at all times. What We Are Looking ForCurrent group fitness certification from ACE, AFAA, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent is required. Current CPR/AED certification is non-negotiable. At least one year of experience working with older adults, adaptive populations, or senior-specific fitness programming is strongly preferred.
