OverviewOnin Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Inventory Technician to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth production and accurate stock levels.The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Skills and ExperienceKey ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor inventory levelsReceive, review, and fulfill customer pick listsStore inventory in proper warehouse locationsMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationPrepare and package materials for shipmentDeliver finished goods to appropriate departmentsCollaborate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure product availabilityReport low inventory levels and assist with replenishmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredForklift experience preferredExperience in warehouse or inventory operations preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesEffective organizational skillsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsComfortable using scanners, handheld devices, and digital scalesAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWork EnvironmentThis position operates primarily in a warehouse and lab setting with occasional outdoor exposure. Duties include standing, walking, loading, unloading, and packaging materials in a standard warehouse environment.ScheduleFull-time position.
