What we require of you – Your Must-Haves:
Knowledge of disaster restoration industry.
Ability to work in an on-call rotation (1 day per week)
Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Certifications are preferred, but not required: AHERA - Building Inspector, Asbestos, WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:
Inspect job sites for compliance with standards, timeline, and quality.
Retrieve work orders, load necessary equipment, and complete assigned tasks.
Manage technicians, ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
Communicate job processes and resolutions to customers.
Resolve customer issues and communicate daily activities to company staff.
Prepare documentation (notes, photos) in compliance with policies and protocol.
Follow up with crew and ensure compliance daily.
Provide support and training to team members.
Enforce safety standards during all jobs.
What the position requires of you - Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Move objects up to 50-70 pounds often.
Stand, walk, lift, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods.
Communicate effectively and receive detailed information.
Able to wear full and half face respirators.
Exposed to various indoor and outdoor working conditions, including changes in temperature.
