Logistics Sales Representative / Enterprise Sales

We equip our sales professionals with the operational support, technology, and carrier capabilities needed to win and retain complex freight programs.Role OverviewThe BDR - Enterprise Sales is responsible for acquiring, developing, and expanding strategic accounts with large shippers, multi-location operations, and national transportation buyers. This role focuses on solution-based selling, RFP/RFQ participation, and long sales cycle procurement processes that drive contracted and awarded freight.You will partner closely with pricing, operations, and carrier development to build customer-specific transportation solutions, improve share of wallet, and strengthen long-term account performance.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new enterprise and upper-mid market customers through targeted prospecting and outbound sales effortsManage full-cycle sales processes including initial discovery, solution design, pricing, bidding, contracting, and onboardingParticipate in RFQ/RFP bids and awarded program negotiationsPresent business reviews, performance metrics, and solution recommendations to senior stakeholdersTranslate customer requirements into operational SOPs, KPIs, and service expectations with internal teamsCollaborate with operations to ensure successful implementation, service execution, and account retentionBuild multi-level relationships within customer organizations (operations, procurement, logistics leadership, C-suite)Maintain an active pipeline with transparency on forecasting, revenue maturation, and conversion timelinesExpand customer share-of-wallet through cross-selling, modal diversification, and network optimizationRequired Experience3+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience within a freight brokerage, 3PL, transportation, or logistics environmentProven experience selling to large shippers (Fortune 1000 preferred)RFP/RFQ and contracted freight experience is requiredUnderstanding of procurement-driven logistics sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying decisionsStrong knowledge of TL and LTL markets; intermodal or flatbed a plusDemonstrated ability to build solutions and pricing strategies for complex freight programsExperience conducting executive-level presentations and business reviewsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE + commissionsFull time schedule401(k)Dental insurance (between 60-70%)Health insurancePaid time offVision insurance
