Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for multiple clients with limited oversight Review and reconcile complex accounts and bank statements Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR); resolve discrepancies and mentor junior team members Maintain and review general ledgers to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data Prepare and present detailed financial statements, management reports, and client dashboards Guide clients through budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve client operations Serve as a strategic resource for clients—providing analysis, answering questions, and offering meaningful financial insights Support CPA partners in higher-level services, including financial reviews, audits, and tax planning Mentor and review work of junior staff or bookkeepers as needed
