As we continue to innovate and expand our legacy, we are looking for bold, driven, and visionary individuals to join the most legendary name in poker —Where Dreams Are Dealt!OverviewThe World Series of Poker (WSOP), the most prestigious brand in poker and global leader in live and digital gaming events, is seeking a high-impact Retail Store Manager to drive revenue growth at its first ever Officail WSOP Store. The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store. Responsibilities1. Operational LeadershipOpening/Closing: Oversee the daily setup and breakdown of the official shop, ensuring security protocols are met in a high-traffic casino environment.Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for exclusive WSOP apparel, accessories, and poker equipment. This includes receiving shipments, inventory counts, and replenishing "hot" items (like the official Main Event jersey).Visual Merchandising: Maintain the "Gold Standard" of shop appearance. You will be responsible for ensuring the WSOP brand is represented professionally through clean, organized, and enticing displays.2. Staff ManagementTraining: Onboard and train seasonal retail associates on product knowledge (poker terminology, tournament specifics) and guest service standards.Scheduling: Create and manage shifts for a team of associates to ensure full coverage during peak tournament hours, which can range from early morning until late at night.Performance: Provide real-time coaching and conflict resolution for team members and guests.3. Financial OversightCash Handling: Manage daily register reconciliations, bank deposits, and audit compliance.Sales Targets: Monitor daily sales KPIs and implement strategies to increase "Average Transaction Value" through upselling and promotional bundles.4. Guest ExperienceThe "Pro" Standard: Ensure every guest receives "All-In on Service," a core Caesars value.
