This leadership role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, maximize financial performance, and help create a thriving environment for residents and staff.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the community’s operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance.Build & Lead a Team: Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.Budgeting & Financial Performance: Develop and execute the property’s financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability.Maximize Occupancy: Set competitive market rent levels, optimize renewal strategies, and oversee marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy and resident retention.Asset Management: Collaborate on property performance decisions and capital improvement projects to protect and enhance the asset.Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and local/state/federal laws.What You’ll Bring:5+ years of experience in on-site property management, preferably in multifamily housingHigh school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)Proficiency in property management software (preferably Onesite), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and AdobeStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesStrategic mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsMarketing experience to help drive leasing and retention effortsBilingual in Spanish & English desired (or required, depending on community needs)A passion for continuous learning and professional developmentWhy You’ll Love Working With Us:Medical, dental, and vision insurance with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) partially paid by employer️ Short & long-term disability + life insurance at no cost to you18 days Paid time Off 11.5 days Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Plan (EAP)401(k) with 4% employer matchEligible for quarterly bonusesLeasing commission & renewal bonus opportunitiesEmployee referral programReady to lead a thriving community with a company that values your expertise and supports your growth?Apply today and discover what it means to be part of a mission-driven team at Acento Real Estate Partners!
