Materials such as foam, fabrics, metal, and wood are methodically stripped, sorted, and recycled into new products, making Green Mattress an integral part of a greener manufacturing ecosystem.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Receiver role based in Brockton, MA. The Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for inspecting, unloading, and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining an organized workspace. Additional duties include maintaining shipping and receiving documentation and providing excellent customer service when coordinating with delivery drivers and clients. This is a seasonal contract role with the potential to become full-time at the end of the busy season. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with unloading mattresses from trailers and trucks alongside the warehouse team.Work in coordination with forklift operators during the unloading process.Accurately count incoming mattresses and verify shipment quantities.Sort mattresses by type and direct them to the appropriate recycling stations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines at all times.QualificationsExperience in Shipping & Receiving in a warehouse setting.Proficiency in reading and writing in English.Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Ability to lift and handle heavy objects and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.High school diploma or equivalent.
