Must have some CNC Swiss machining experience or Machine Tool Technology degree. Looking for team members to join on our day shift. Multiple opportunities to learn and grow with us.Produces machined parts by operating a Swiss computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.Primary Responsibilities:Inspects products during the machining operation to determine if parts meet specifications, complying with established standards and methods for inspection, testing, evaluation and calibrationFollow all job work order instructionsMust be able to run more than one machine where cycle time permitsComplete all required shop floor documentation for the job including both part-dimensional and visual inspectionMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; reports to management/maintenance the need for machine repairsUnderstands and comply with company policy safety guidelines, quality systems requirements and housekeeping standardsQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentDue to contractual requirements, this position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. The ability to stand for a shift, sit, talk and hear is frequently required. Lifting up to 40 pounds is required.
