Commercial Project ManagerA well-established and highly respected commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who has a strong background managing commercial projects and is looking to join an organization with a strong reputation, repeat business, and a long-term pipeline of work.The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with the ability to take ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and project teams.Experience with K-12, municipal, public-sector, government, or aviation projects is a strong plus, but candidates with solid commercial construction experience are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeoutMaintain responsibility for project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performanceCoordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teamsReview plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documentsLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholdersManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, schedules, and project documentationIdentify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on trackMonitor subcontractor performance, quality, safety, and schedule adherenceWork closely with estimating and preconstruction teams during project turnover and planningMaintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat businessEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of qualityQualifications5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceExperience working for a commercial general contractorProven ability to manage projects from start to finishStrong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project financialsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesProficiency with construction project management software and technologyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not requiredPreferred Project ExperienceK-12 / Educational ConstructionMunicipal / Public-Sector ConstructionGovernment ProjectsAviation / Airport ConstructionInstitutional ConstructionLarge-scale commercial constructionCompensation & Benefits$100,000–$140,000 base salary, depending on experienceCompetitive benefits packageLong-term project pipelineOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial projectsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesStable organization with a strong reputation and repeat clienteleIf you're an experienced Commercial Project Manager looking for your next opportunity, I'd be interested in speaking with you confidentially.For more information or to apply:Call or Text: Brandon Hill at 743-223-5229 | Email: qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
