As a Critical Float Pool Staff Nurse, you will cover several different critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, and Coronary Care.Qualifications:Required 2–3 years of critical care experience. Strong critical thinking/assessment skills.Must be I.V. certified from an approved facility or completion of requirements for I.V. certification within 90 days of hire to the unit.Completion of all orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.Certifications and Licenses Required:Current and active New Jersey RN licensure is required.
