We're growing fast in light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing — and there's significant market share left to capture. This role is your chance to own a territory, build something, and be well-compensated for doing it.What you'll do:Build and own a new business portfolio from the ground up — cold outreach, networking, referrals, and everything in betweenDevelop relationships with operations leaders, HR directors, and C-suite decision-makers across target industriesManage the full sales cycle from first call to signed contractConduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiationsManage your pipeline in Avionté and partner with our recruiting team to make sure clients are retained, not just closedIdentify gaps in our market coverage and bring a strategy to fill themWhat we're looking for:3+ years of outside sales or business development experience, ideally in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related B2B services fieldA track record of opening new accounts — not just managing existing onesComfort engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating longer sales cyclesStrong pipeline discipline and CRM habitsSomeone who wants to grow — in earnings, in skill, and in responsibilitySomeone who wants to be paid well for what they produceWhat we offer:Base salary: $70,000 – $75,000Uncapped commissionOn-target first-year earnings: $90,000 – $105,000+Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offA real runway — we grow our people, and we promote from withinAbout PeopleSource: We've been connecting good people with good jobs since 2002.
