Job Opportunity: Full-time Hematology-Oncology PhysicianWe are excited to announce an opening for a Full-time Hematology-Oncology Physician at our facilities located in Queens. This is a remarkable chance to join our team at two sites: Crescent Street and the Ambulatory Pavilion in Astoria, a vibrant area of New York City.Our state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive multispecialty care, ensuring that patients receive the latest diagnostic and treatment options from our highly skilled medical professionals. The Crescent Street location will soon introduce Express Care urgent services in 2024, enhancing healthcare accessibility for the western Queens community. This site will integrate various outpatient primary and specialty practices, allowing for coordinated patient care.The Ambulatory Pavilion, a modern six-story building, offers a full spectrum of primary and specialty services, housing 50 physicians across various fields, including Cardiology, Urology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, GYN, and Oncology, along with advanced imaging and procedural capabilities. This facility serves as the flagship outpatient center for our organization in Queens.Our organization is proud to be affiliated with the Mount Sinai Tisch Cancer Center, recognized as a National Cancer Institute-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, providing top-tier cancer care through a wide array of diagnostic, therapeutic, and support services, as highlighted in the News & World Report Best Hospitals survey.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional patient care and ensure quality outcomes and satisfaction.Engage in a collaborative environment with multi-specialty colleagues within a leading health system.Contribute to the mission of our organization and the Icahn School of Medicine.QualificationsMedical Degree from an accredited institution.Valid New York Medical License.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.A strong commitment to our mission and the communities we serve.Demonstrated work ethic and a desire to thrive in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $300,000 to $425,000, excluding bonuses and incentive compensation. This range is provided to comply with New York City’s Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialty, historical productivity, and community needs.
