This role is essential to delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience for our members and guests. You will support the service team by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and efficiently maintained while assisting with timely food delivery.Key Responsibilities Assist servers with table service, including refilling water, clearing plates, and resetting tables Deliver food from the kitchen to members and guests promptly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Anticipate member needs and provide courteous, attentive support Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Uphold the club's standards for presentation, cleanliness, and professionalismQualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer Competitive hourly pay $15, plus tip out Opportunities for growth within a respected private club environment Supportive team atmosphere Employee meals included each shift Uniform (Shirt) included
