Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:The Mechanical Designer position is responsible for modeling and drawing generation of a wide range of mechanical hardware and components designed for use in elevator systems.The candidate should not only be adept at handling typical design tasks (modeling and detailing) but must be able to effectively communicate cross functionally.Responsibilities:Provide design support to internal and external customersModify and develop new component solutions to increase product robustnessSupport resolution of engineering issuesDevelop component and system level models and drawingsSupport cost reduction effortsSupport FTB reductionSupport Engineers with 3D studies and prototypingSupport engineering CN processSupport to system level model updates
