Culture rooted in Aloha, respect, and compassionWhat You'll DoYou will:Provide marital, family, and individual counseling (including relationship, premarital, separation, and child counseling)Conduct assessments using interviews, observations, and standardized toolsDiagnose and treat mental health and behavioral conditionsIdentify and address communication and relationship patternsHelp patients develop healthier coping strategies and behaviorsCreate and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with patients on post-treatment and wellness goalsCoordinate care with internal teams and external resourcesMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and billing standardsParticipate in interdisciplinary team care and case coordinationWhat We're Looking For???? Education & ExperienceMaster's or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related mental health fieldMinimum 3 years of post-degree clinical experience (preferred)????
