Job Title: Field Applications Engineer – Enterprise StorageLocation: Remote (U.S.)Preferred Location: CaliforniaTravel: 10–15% (including international travel)About the CompanyA leading provider of enterprise storage solutions, developing high-performance SSD technology for cloud, AI, hyperscale, and enterprise data centre applications.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Field Applications Engineer to support customers throughout the technical sales cycle. You'll work closely with enterprise customers and the sales team to deliver technical presentations, support product evaluations, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise storage solutions.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers.Support the sales team with technical demonstrations and product presentations.Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate storage solutions.Assist customers with SSD evaluation, testing, and platform validation.Maintain technical documentation and sales enablement materials.Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.Strong knowledge of enterprise SSDs, storage technologies, and server platforms.Experience with hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting.Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.Willingness to travel up to 15%.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Linux environments and databases (MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL).Knowledge of the enterprise storage and SSD market.Mandarin or Portuguese language skills are beneficial.
