Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to join our team at the Michael Kors store located in Brea, CA. As the Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the sales team, drive customer engagement, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, assisting with visual merchandising, training and coaching team members, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, inspire, and develop team members effectively.Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure customers receive a superior shopping experience.Proficient Analytical Skills for sales data analysis and performance tracking.Proven ability to collaborate within a team and assist in meeting sales goals.Passion for luxury retail and a strong understanding of the Michael Kors brand.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Previous supervisory or managerial experience in retail is highly advantageous.
