✨ Home Staging Stylist / Interior Designer (Hands-On Role)Kirkland + Eastside / Greater Seattle Area$21–$25/hour (DOE) | Full-Time✨ About the RoleLove transforming spaces and seeing your design come to life in real time?We’re looking for a hands-on home staging stylist who enjoys both the creative side of design and the physical process of bringing it together. This is a fast-paced, team-based role where you’ll help turn empty homes into beautifully styled, market-ready spaces.If you enjoy being active, working with a team, and creating polished, photo-ready interiors, this could be a great fit.✨ What You’ll DoYou’ll be part of the full staging process, and opportunities to grow into more responsibility over time:To start, you’ll focus on:• Pulling and organizing accessories/lamps/art/bedding/pillows from our Kirkland warehouse• Assisting with installs and styling on site• Unpacking, placing, hanging art, making beds, and layering décor details• Supporting the team with overall setup and organizationAs you learn our process and standards, you’ll grow into:• Selecting furniture, art, and accessories• Planning layouts and styling direction• Taking on lead roles during installs• Previewing homes and contributing to design decisionsEvery day is different, and every project is a full transformation.✨ A Typical Day• Meet at our Kirkland warehouse at 7:00 AM• Review the design plan and walk through inventory as a team• Movers Load truck and head to the property• Spend the day installing and styling the home• Wrap up once the stage is complete (typically 3:00–6:00 PM)✨ About UsWe’re a luxury home staging company based in Kirkland, serving the Eastside and Greater Seattle area. We focus on creating elevated, cohesive spaces that help homes stand out and connect with buyers.✨ What We’re Looking For• Strong eye for design, scale, and color• Enjoys hands-on, active work (not just concept/design)• Thrives in a fast-paced environment• Team-oriented with a positive attitude• Detail-driven and takes pride in the final result• Reliable and punctual✨ Requirements• 1+ year in home staging, interior design, or related hands-on creative work• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs• Comfortable being on your feet most of the day• Reliable transportation (must have your own car to drive from warehouse to houses)• Must be based in Washington State (close to Kirkland)✨ ScheduleFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM start• Slow season: 30–40 hours/week• Busy season: 35–50 hours/week• Some days extend to 4:00–6:00 PM depending on the project✨ Important to KnowThis is a hands-on, physically active role.
