They pride themselves on their high-performance teams, innovative solutions, and strong client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for underground utility projectsLead and contribute to preconstruction efforts, including takeoffs, value engineering, and bid strategiesReview and interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of workCollaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving measures and constructability improvementsManage subcontractor and supplier relationships; solicit and evaluate quotesAssist with the preparation of Statements of Qualifications, proposals, and design submissionsParticipate in client and internal review meetings as needed QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating, with a strong emphasis on underground utilitiesDemonstrated experience with preconstruction planning and delivery methods (Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, JOC)Good knowledge of local market, subcontractor base, and pricing trendsProficiency in estimating and takeoff software (e.g., HCSS, HeavyBid, Bluebeam)Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills What We OfferSalary $100-140K depending on experienceHealth, Dental, Vision plans401K MatchPTO
