We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound shipping operations and support efficient logistics processes within our warehouse.Position SummaryThe Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities, preparing accurate shipping documentation, creating carrier labels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires hands-on experience with major carriers and strong attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and process shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriersPrepare shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading, labelsSchedule carrier pickups and track outbound shipmentsVerify shipment weights, dimensions, and addresses for accuracyCoordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlinesResolve shipping issues, delivery discrepancies, and carrier claimsMaintain organized shipping records and documentationQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of shipping or logistics experienceHands-on experience with UPS and FedEx shipping platformsKnowledge of domestic and international shipping processes preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environmentERP or shipping software experience preferredBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancement
