The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications and technical aptitude, with the ability to work across teams and adapt to a dynamic environment. This position is on-site only. Candidates should show evidence of applied experience through student teams, internships, capstone projects, lab work, or personal projects involving controls, automation, or robotics. A strong interest in hands-on debugging, system integration, and bringing machines to life is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changesCollaborate with IT and engineering teams to support automation systems and secure connectivityDevelop and support inspection-based controls systems for custom automated machineryCollaborate with electrical, mechanical, and fluidic engineering on multidisciplinary projectsParticipate in machine bring-up, testing, debugging, and in-house integrationAssist with I/O checkout, sensor and actuator validation, and system troubleshootingSupport machine installation, commissioning, and customer training at locations worldwideContribute to maintaining customer satisfaction through responsive post-installation supportDocument control logic, system changes, and troubleshooting findings as neededQualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, computer engineering or related field (preferred)Experience in computer programmingCandidates with a combination of relevant certifications and experience will be considered, especially if they demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to our environmentSkillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience extracting data from databases and organizing it for accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesC#, Java, SQLStrong grasp of linear algebraBasic comprehension of machine learningOther RequirementsOn-site onlyFlexible hours and overtime availability when neededAbility to lift up-to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as cable routing and equipment setupBackground check and drug screen requiredCompensation & BenefitsPay: $28 - $35/hr DOEBenefits Include:401(k) matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending and health savings accountsLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursement and professional development assistanceRelocation assistanceProfit sharingApplication InstructionsApply online at: https://www.electroimpact.com/jobsElectroimpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability
