Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in West Chester, OH. The Account Manager will work directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, serve as the primary contact for accounts, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing client projects, providing product recommendations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries. The role places strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to client success. Qualifications Client relationship management, customer service, and communication skillsProject management skills, including the ability to coordinate teams and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detailExperience in the packaging, labeling, or printing industry is a plusFamiliarity with sales and account management practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferredProactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
