Line Cook/Prep Cook

Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items - Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Monitor stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies Requirements - Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen setting - Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils - A team player with good communication skills - Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure If you are passionate about food preparation, enjoy working in a dynamic made-from-scratch kitchen environment, and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Line Cook/Prep Cook.
