The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.What you'll be doing:Administer medications, treatments, and other medical care as prescribed by a physicianMonitor patient health status and document any changes in conditionUse clinical judgment to provide effective care to patientsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plansEducate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease managementMaintain accurate and complete medical recordsProvide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their familiesAdhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practiceRequirementsWhat we expect from you:Current LPN license in the state of FloridaAt least 1 year of experience xevrcyc in home health care or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong clinical skills and sound judgmentFamiliarity with EMR systemsValid FL driver's license and reliable transportation (Auto Insurance must also be presented)CPR certification required (Original Card)Level 2 Criminal Background Check
